The Administration Department works with the Public Works Department, City Council, and Planning Commission, and is responsible for:

  • Administering Licenses (animal, liquor, tobacco, etc.) and Permits (burning, entertainment, building, etc.)
  • Administering Hall and Park rentals
  • Conducting Elections
  • Maintaining correspondence through the website, City Newsletter, etc.
  • Maintaining City records (including minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions, etc.)
  • Managing all contracts between the City and outside vendors (garbage hauler, building inspector, etc.).
  • Sale and administration of the City Cemetery
  • Utility Billing and other City finances
