Administration
The Administration Department works with the Public Works Department, City Council, and Planning Commission, and is responsible for:
- Administering Licenses (animal, liquor, tobacco, etc.) and Permits (burning, entertainment, building, etc.)
- Administering Hall and Park rentals
- Conducting Elections
- Maintaining correspondence through the website, City Newsletter, etc.
- Maintaining City records (including minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions, etc.)
- Managing all contracts between the City and outside vendors (garbage hauler, building inspector, etc.).
- Sale and administration of the City Cemetery
- Utility Billing and other City finances
and much more.
