Village Hall Rental

The upstairs of the Marine Village Hall is available for rent for wedding receptions, dances, birthday parties, etc.

  • Maximum capacity: 165 people
  • Wheelchair accessible via elevator
  • Small non-commercial kitchen. Any event must provide their own outside catering.
  • 120 chairs
  • 12 banquet tables 
  • Hall dimensions: 75' long x 40' wide (west wall to stage)
  • Stage dimensions: 16' 9" deep, 32' 11" wide

 

Fees and Deposits
 
Marine Residents
  • Upstairs Ballroom - $400 per day
  • Cleaning Fee: $200 separate check
The cleaning fee is part of the overall rental cost and isn't refundable. These fees go directly toward routine cleanings, including the lobby and restrooms. Renters must also clean up after their event, including sweeping and taking trash bags to the outdoor bins.
  • Damage Deposit: $750 cash only (will be refunded if renter fufills obligations of the contract)
  • Council Chambers - $50 per day
  • Set up day prior to event - $50
 
Non-Residents
  • Upstairs Ballroom - $800 per day
  • Cleaning Fee: $200 separate check
