Village Hall Rental
The upstairs of the Marine Village Hall is available for rent for wedding receptions, dances, birthday parties, etc.
- Maximum capacity: 165 people
- Wheelchair accessible via elevator
- Small non-commercial kitchen. Any event must provide their own outside catering.
- 120 chairs
- 12 banquet tables
- Hall dimensions: 75' long x 40' wide (west wall to stage)
- Stage dimensions: 16' 9" deep, 32' 11" wide
Fees and Deposits
Marine Residents
- Upstairs Ballroom - $600 per day
- Damage Deposit: $750 cash only (Refunded if renter fufills obligations of the contract including clean up, sweeping, and taking trash bags to the outdoor bins.)
- Council Chambers - $50 per day
- Set up day prior to event - $50
Non-Residents
- Upstairs Ballroom - $1,000 per day
- Damage Deposit: $1,500 cash only (Refunded if renter fufills obligations of the contract including clean up, sweeping, and taking trash bags to the outdoor bins.)
- Council Chambers - $100 per day
- Set up day prior to event - $50
