NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Marine on St. Croix Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, beginning at 7pm.
1. Public hearing to consider a conditional use permit (CUP) request for the Jackson Meadow Neighborhood Association, represented by Eric Doyle and Chloe Raimey, to construct an accessory structure on a lot with no principal structure at 146 Kingfisher Lane. 2. Public hearing to consider a conditional use permit (CUP) request for Holly Murphy and Jay Sivasailam, 18247 St. Croix Trail N., to construct a driveway longer than 200 feet. Additional details are available at the City Office during regular office hours.
3. Public hearing to consider comprehensive plan amendments for the preservation of historic substandard structures in the Riverway, and future land use map corrections in the Rosabelle St. area. Additional details are available at the City Office during regular office hours.
