NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Marine on St. Croix Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, beginning at 7pm. A quorum of City Council members may be present at this hearing.

1. Public hearing to consider two variances at Lot 4, Block 2, Tanglewood, requested by Christopher (Stan) Prinsen: construction of the home (principal structure) beyond the maximum front yard setback; construction of the detached garage (accessory structure) in front of the house.

2. Public hearing to consider a conditional use permit (CUP) for a bathroom in an accessory structure at 2531 Jackson Trl., requested by Michael Lovett.

3. Public hearing to consider an ordinance regulating cannabis businesses and commercial cultivation within the City of Marine on St. Croix.
