Planning Commission Sets Public Hearing for Cell Tower Variance

The Marine on St. Croix Planning Commission has set a public hearing regarding a variance request for construction of a 4G cell tower at the city compost site for Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 7:45 p.m.

The variance is part of a larger conditional use permit. The hearing will be specifically and only for the variance request. Comments for the conditional use permit have already been received.
