Updated Draft Cannabis Regulations

The Marine City Council will consider approving these proposed ordinances (below) on December 12.

Since the Nov. 26 Planning Commission meeting, the proposed zoning regulations have been updated to include a reference to the cultivation size limits in state statutes. The ordinance proposing changes to the city code was not changed.
